More than 45 years ago, my father told me that it is the house that brings the family together. I completely agree, for with years abroad on-service, I hardly got to see those I loved and missed the most. However, now that I was back, I wanted a place for them and me to rest and catch up.

Georgia was where I was born and raised, thus it was my first choice for residency. What strengthened my conviction in my choice was the Georgia VA Loan’s VA purchase mortgage loan.

I first stumbled on Georgia VA Loan when a friend, who is also another veteran, told me of how this service provider helped him get a loan to control his family’s monthly expenditures. He also told me that if I logged into its website, then I could find something that suited my needs.

Luckily, my friend was right. The Department of Veteran’s Affairs sponsored Georgia VA Loan’s loan schemes which stand out with their relaxed guidelines, non-exisistant down payments and little or no closing costs. In addition, the loans are approved quickly and easily, thus I didn’t need to go through the usual hassle other loan providers put their clients through.

I guess I should thank God for putting Georgia VA Loan in my way, because with its VA purchase mortgage loan’s help I now own a house in my beloved Georgia.

The story behind my new home

Being in the military has its perks, but then again, after you retire there isn’t much to look forward to, especially when you are as old as me and trying to live a self-earning life. Me and my wife have been very outdoors sort of people and always thought we would move to a place which has hills and forests around them after I retired from my military life. It wasn’t an easy task though, because I was low on cash and needed a VA Loan to be able to buy a house in the area we liked.

One day I was browsing online for VA Loan lenders and came across the Lowvarates.com website. They had a good background and sounded original to me so I approached them with the interest of obtaining a VA Loan out of them. Honestly speaking I didn’t have my hopes up high because it wasn’t an easy task, but the way the website handled my case was a marvel. I met with the VA Loan lender and was deemed eligible to get the loan.

Now I have a new home and a happy wife, thanks to the loan which lowvarates.com helped me in achieving.
